1. How do I cancel my membership?
If you are signed up for a 3 or 6 month membership you must make ALL FULL payments. Then you will need to come into Extreme Tan to fill out a cancellation form at least 5 days prior to the draft date.
2. I'm going to be out of town for a few weeks, how do I put my membership on hold?
You may put your account on hold twice a year for 30 days at a time. You will be charged $5 to hold your account each time instead of the full payment.
3. Do my minutes or sessions expire?
Yes, minutes and sessions expire after 1 year. However, some of our monthly specials do have shorter expirations dates. Make sure you know the expiration date when you sign up for a monthly special so you can use them in time.
4. Do you offer any discounts?
We do! We offer a 10% military, first responder, student and teacher discount. We also offer a 20% off friends and family discount. If you and a friend or family member sign up for a package at the same time you both will get 20% off. *Discounts do not apply to our Daily Specials*
We also offer 30% off of lotions to our vip-members any day of the week!
5. What packages include the HYBRID bed?
Our EFT Mega includes unlimited Hybrid tanning. Being a member is the best way to gain the most benefits. Our Mega VIP Members have full access to all tanning beds including levels I-IV as well as Red Light Therapy unlimited. The Hybrid Bed also has packages to purchase without a membership if desired. You can purchase a single tan, minutes or sessions in the Hybrid tanning bed and individualize your package that best suits your needs. See our pricing page for all your options.
